An impact that resonates
CarePlus Residential & Respite Ltd was registered with Companies House on 6 July 2022 as a private limited company. The company was founded out of genuine passion — our directors have spent years working across the Health and Social Care sector, starting as support workers and carers and rising through the ranks into management. That hands-on experience shapes everything we do.
A few things we’re great at
Residential Care
We provide safe, supportive residential homes for short and long-term stays, where every life-skills programme is built around the individual — their pace, their goals, and their personality. Residents are encouraged to personalise their space, develop everyday independence, and enjoy a full calendar of activities, outings, and family days, all within a caring, structured environment.
Respite Services
Our respite care offers flexible support for young people and adults aged 16 to 65, ranging from a short tea visit to an overnight stay, with 24/7 availability for crisis or emergency situations. Whether it’s a planned break or urgent support, we create a safe, welcoming space that helps build confidence and essential life skills, even for those with complex or additional needs.
Supported Living
Supported Living gives people genuine independence — holding their own tenancy, managing their own bills, and making their own choices — while still having the right level of support close at hand whenever it’s needed. From budgeting and home upkeep to accessing the local community, we help residents build the skills and confidence to truly live life on their own terms.
Outreach Support
Independence doesn’t stop at the front door, and neither do we. Our outreach support helps people who live in their own home or with family get out into the community with confidence — whether that’s attending appointments, accessing local activities, building social connections, or simply learning to travel independently. It’s flexible, one-to-one support shaped entirely around what the individual wants to achieve.
